General Dentist
Dental Designs of Maryland is currently seeking both full-time and part-time general dentists to join our rapidly growing practices. We hope that they enjoy working in a collaborative, mentorship-based environment.
Our general dentists will perform new patient exams and complete presented treatment plans. There is no skimming of high-end procedures by the partners, and our dentists never perform prophies. Our general dentists each have qualified, experienced dental assistants and the most modern technology available to them. We also provide as much one-on-one mentorship as you prefer, allowing you to gain helpful insight in a variety of topics, including treatment planning, chairside presentation, dental implants, cosmetics, and surgery. Partnership opportunities are available to good candidates as early as three years into employment.
On average, Dental Designs of Maryland brings in 75+ new patients a month to keep you busy, and our dentists’ average annual income is $175,000 the first year and between $200k and $300k once established. No HMOs and Medicaid, so all procedures will be productive.
Compensation:
- Generous daily rate for 90 days
- $150,000 – $300,000 annual income
- $10,000 signing bonus for doctors with 5+ years of private practice experience

Dental Hygienist
We’re also seeking energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented dental hygienists to join our first-class dental practice.
